Heirloom Cherokee Corn. This Heirloom OP Cherokee Corn is an older variety of ornamental corn with large ears. The kernels of Cherokee Corn are mainly red white and blue with some striped kernels. Cherokee makes a terrific popping corn and is good for fall decorations. Cherokee Corn can be ground for corn meal. As with any corn if picked in it's milky stage Cherokee can be used as you would any sweet corn. We like to roast these on the grill, yummy. 110 Days until harvest.
